No. I am not over weight and I am really quite healthy but I want to transform my body into a lean, mean BADASS machine! Breaking up isn't easy and we have all been there. I am breaking up with junk food and fast food.

Broke Down but Got Up
Yesterday was just a bad day and I didn't follow my meal plan but indidntbeat anything I wasn't supposed to. I just only ate twice plus had one protein shake and my amino energy drink. I finally decided I have to rest and so I took today off and got a sub for class the next two days! But I'm still going to be there, I'll just sit my ass in the chair and happily watch!
